Mr. Vipul Thakkar

Mr. Vipul Purshottamdas Thakkar is the ex-president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (CREDAI) Vadodara and Gujarat chapter. In addition, Mr. Thakkar was also the Chairman of the International Exhibition Committee of CREDAI National. He has been in real estate and construction industry for the past 30 years with a rich and diverse experience in all facets of the industry vis-a-vis construction of over 40 lakh sq. ft. of property in and around the city of Vadodara. In his individual business capacity, Mr. Thakkar is a prominent developer in his own right as a Managing partner in 9 firms and handling currently many real estate projects under the brand “Brookfieldz”.

Mr. Munjal Thakkar

Mr. Munjal Thakkar is a prominent developer in his own right and is a Managing partner of over 6 firms handling currently many real estate projects under the brand “Brookfieldz”. Under the brand umbrella of Brookfieldz Mr. Thakkar has developed four prestigious projects of Vadodara which has made a niche in Vadodara Market and has come to associate the brand with quality and assurance.

Mr. Devarshi Thakkar

Mr. Devarshi Thakkar is a Partner in Brookfieldz, one of Gujarat’s most respected real estate development companies headquartered at Vadodara. After completing his B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Gujarat Technological University, Mr. Thakkar went on to get a Masters’ Degree in Real Estate Development from the prestigious Clemson University located in South Carolina, USA.
